Donna was awesome with my 2 year old son. She was so sweet talking to him, and could tell right away when he got uncomfortable/upset with the hairdryer. She stopped and reassured him immediately and then used a towel to dry his hair instead. She was so attentive to him and she had such a nice positive energy about her. I was really impressed. Also, the young man working at the front desk was super nice and helpful. For our first time there I was thoroughly impressed. We will definitely be coming back to Tommy Guns.

Kind and flexible! My daughter enjoyed the tablets they had to keep her busy while I helped support her 1 year old brother with his cut. The staff were so hands on with my daughter helped her work the tablet and offered snack and juice. I felt comfortable and confident knowing everyone was occupied so I could help her brother. The staff were so helpful, hands on, and accommodating, which made it so much easier and enjoyable. Josh was our hair stylist and he was great with my son who is quite shy. He was respectful and we will definitely go back! My husband has always went there as well and leaves pleased. The pop is a bonus
